For the relaunch of the Nike Cortez, we set up a workshop where 15 ‘sneakerlovers’ had to create their outfits by combining trainers with garments from a local company.

The Limited Editions store, in the El Born district of Barcelona, was the venue for the relaunch of a classic: the Cortez 72. In addition to the visual implementation in-store, we organised a workshop along with Costalamel, a company producing t-shirts handmade in Barcelona, which was a finalist in the start-up category in Salón 080. The challenge we gave the 15 participants was to create their most urban outfits by combining Cortez trainers with garments by Nike Sportswear and Costalamel. We were joined by Ernest Costafreda, the company’s creative director, and Gerard Estadella, DJ, photographer and influencer responsible for the popular photoblog I can teach you how to do it.
